You will find this session Empowering and helpful. It will also help you understand a Divine connection between spirituality and depression. Many experience 'depression' when going through soul evolution or awakening. This session will help you see your 'depression' from a higher-spiritual perspective which can help you from self-criticizing or victimizing yourself. Perception is everything! When your perspective changes from negativity or victim mind-set to empowered and positivity your life can change instantly. It will help you delve a little deeper within yourself. It will also help you see your life experience from a higher perspective, from a place of love and acceptance. Keep an open-mind and allow yourself to shift into new way of thinking/being. When you are least resistant to experience life, life will respond to you accordingly. Life is not happening to you, it's happening for you (one of my favorite quotes)! Another famous quote from my favorite poet Rumi, both light and shadow are the dance of love. This session will also help you better understand how shadow-work can actually lead to self-realization/self-acceptance which then leads to self-empowerment. All my sessions are created for everyone to feel safe, empowered and loved within oneself. We all need a little reminder of what we're really made of and that is LOVE. My sessions will do just that for you. *Mini sound healing included with this session which helps you align your chakras (energies in your body) and clear you mind. You will feel calm, empowered, protected and intuitive after the session* *Note* Sometimes these sessions can be quite triggering. We may discuss situations/circumstances that may cause triggers. Some emotions that may have been repressed or you may not have been aware of. It is all for healing purposes, triggers shows where the healing and acceptance is needed.
